All ONLYhundred.com designs and the trademarks associated with ONLYhundred.com are the intellectual property owned by Alternative Technology (the Company). ONLYhundred.com Designs are protected by the Copyright Law, international treaty provisions and applicable laws in the jurisdiction of use. You may not use the ONLYhundred.com designs without purchasing.

LIMITED LICENSE
Upon payment of the non-refundable license fee, you obtain a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited license to use the purchased designs for personal or commercial use by you at a single geographical location (the Licensed Location). You may use the purchased designs royalty-free in graphic design or the production of physical products or as inspiration for your creations for the production of physical products. However, your use of the purchased designs is restricted by the terms below:
By purchasing the designs, you obtain a license to use them, royalty-free.
- 1. You may not resell or redistribute or give away ONLYhundred.com designs or their variations to others or post them online in a downloadable format for any use.
- 2. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, lend nor transfer ONLYhundred.com designs, or any copy or portion of the designs, without the Company's prior written consent.
- 3. You may not duplicate or copy designs except as needed to use it as expressly permitted by this Agreement. However, you may make one (1) copy of the purchased designs for backup purposes.
- 4. You may not download or use the purchased designs from multiple locations.
Do not make the designs you purchased available to others and do not use in multiple locations.
- 5. You may not store ONLYhundred.com designs on a file server that can be accessed via the Internet or other external network system by computers and printers not located at the Licensed Location.
- 6. You may not use any download software, internet accelerators or other similar software or automated programs to access or download designs that you have not purchased from ONLYhundred.com.
Do not attempt to access designs that you have not purchased.
- 7. You may not, under any circumstances, use the ONLYhundred.com designs in connection with any illegal or immoral activities.
- 8. You may not use the designs as part of a logo or trademark.
- 9. You may not, in any way, prevent any other customer who has purchased the designs from using the designs.
Do not prevent others from purchasing and using the designs.
The Company may, in its sole discretion, disable the unique link you get through email at any time in the case of any suspicious activity. The company holds the right to reactivate the link after satisfactory justification.
TERMINATION
The license rights granted under this Agreement will immediately and automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of ONLYhundred.com designs. The balance of the Agreement shall survive any such termination of license rights.
DISCLAIMER
ONLYhundred.com designs are provided "AS IS". Utmost care has been ensuring the uniqueness, either by color, pattern or arrangement across all ONLYhundred.com designs. ONLYhundred.com will correct substantial errors provided that you give immediate notice and sufficient detail of such error to ONLYhundred.com. ONLYhundred.com will have no responsibility in the event you fail to provide proof that you licensed ONLYhundred.com designs from ONLYhundred.com or its authorized partners.
ONLYhundred.com will try its best to fix reported errors, but will not be liable for any damages caused by the use of the designs.
If the Company's performance of any of its obligations is delayed by labor dispute, war, governmental action, acts of terrorism, flood, fire, explosion, other act of nature, the public enemy, or any other matter not within the company's reasonable control, then the date for performance shall be extended by the time of such delay.
Except for the foregoing, ONLYhundred.com makes no warranties, conditions, representations or terms, express or implied, whether by statute, common law, custom, usage or otherwise as to other matters, including without limitation, non-infringement of third party rights, title, integration, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Your license for ONLYhundred.com designs is nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall ONLYhundred.com be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages whatsoever, including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or any other commercial damages or losses, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use ONLYhundred.com designs, however caused, regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort or otherwise) and even if ONLYhundred.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall ONLYhundred.com's cumulative liability for any loss or damage to you (other than as may be required by applicable law in cases involving personal injury) exceed the amount of fifty US dollars (US$50.00). The foregoing limitations will apply even if the above-stated remedy fails of its essential purpose.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed in all respects by the laws of Nepal as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Nepal between Nepali residents, excluding conflict of laws provisions and excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. You expressly agree that any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved in a court in Kathmandu, Nepal, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue of this court.
All disputes should be settled in a court in Kathmandu, Nepal.
If any part of this Agreement is found void and unenforceable, the balance of the Agreement will remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. This Agreement represents the entire agreement between you and ONLYhundred.com in connection with its subject matter. This Agreement supersedes any other "ONLYhundred.com End User License Agreement" which may be included with ONLYhundred.com designs or previously displayed on this web site, and/or any prior agreements between you and ONLYhundred.com in connection with its subject matter. This Agreement may only be modified by ONLYhundred.com in a writing that expressly states that such writing is intended to modify this Agreement.
